Academic Research

In 2018 I started my researches on gender and women's musicians. I am currently doing my master's in music cognition and gender studies, focusing on the visual aspects of judgment of women musicians.

Lecturer/Speaker

Since I started my studies on gender and women musicians, I have been a speaker on lectures about gender and equality in the music field at music schools, orchestras and music festivals.

Playing

I have been part of orchestras since early stages in my musical life, and I have played a great variety of repertoires. Operas, Symphonic Bands, Brazilian popular music, contemporary and traditional classical music are all part of my curriculum

Clarices Double bass Quartet

With an all-women double bass quartet called Clarices, I have arranged and played brazilian popular music.
